Missing Person

Hi folks,

Not sure where else to post this, but hoping the Los Angeles car community can help. A coworker’s wife has been missing since Monday, after leaving her house in Simi Valley to go Jogging in Malibu. She was driving a 2014 white Kia Sorento with plate number 7ACT675.

I’m hoping the car folks can keep an eye out for the car. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Jeff Takeda at 583-6950.

No, it doesn’t. I’m hoping any Oppo’s cruising the local canyons can at least keep an eye out for the vehicle...

Actually got the good news not too long after I posted! She was found in her car down a ravine yesterday...alive and responsive!

She was apparently reaching for her purse because it was sliding off the seat, and started a slide. She then overcorrected and ended up in a deep gully (50 feet or so). I am unclear as to why, but she was unable to exit the vehicle. Some joggers heard her yells two days later...that's all I know so far.
